Recruitment procedure and qualifications required
We are looking for employees who are responsible and reliable in nature. We prefer employees who are well dedicated to the allocated task. To judge this we have enabled our recruitment procedure in such a way so that we are able to identify the candidates who are well suited for the position. A candidate having the required qualification will be eligible for our recruitment procedure. The entry level educational qualification required for interview eligibility is graduation from a renowned university. Our recruitment procedure consists of four rounds:

1.
Shortlisting of CV
In this round the short listing of the CV are done. Students matching the eligibility criteria and having prior work experiences in this field are preferred.
2.
Telephonic interview
In this round, our organization engages in a telephonic conversation with the short listed candidates. A brief about our work is provided and the candidates’ inclination towards performing the task is being judged.
3.
Writing test (Offline and Online)
A writing test is conducted to judge the writing skills of the candidate
4.
Face to Face interview
This interview is the last and the most important round which decides whether the candidate is fit to work in the organization or not.
